After serving two years as a city council member, on November 8, 2016 Bob Fletcher was elected to serve as Mayor of Vadnais Heights.. Bob also previously served as the Ramsey County Sheriff from 1995 to 2011. He currently works as a counter-Terrorism instructor striving to combat radicalization of Minnesota Youth.
